Winter is a beautiful season both in cities and countryside. Fortunately, the Leningrad region offers a range of wonderful landscapes and opportunities to enjoy winter holidays. Apart from visiting museums and palaces of Saint Petersburg, there are many activities that you can do alone, with friends, family and children.
Want to have a day of Lapland? No need to travel to Finland for that. Instead you can visit a reindeer farm at “Lapland Park”. You can spend a day out, feeding these nice animals, sliding, hiding in a real ice labyrinth and taking pictures. There is also an ice rink to play hockey or skate.
The atmosphere is very special, and both adults and children will enjoy it. The park is open till spring, so even if you travel in February-March when it is getting a bit warmer, you’ll get a chance to have such an experience.
